Rose des Vents evokes the image of a gentle breeze blowing through the rose fields of Grasse. Inspired by a navigator’s compass (the French word “Rose des Vents” means compass), master perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud envisioned it as an “olfactory compass,” guiding you into the rose gardens of southern France, allowing you to hear the petals softly breathing in the wind.
Core notes: A highly layered rose trio. It blends Centifolia rose absolute, Turkish rose essence, and Bulgarian rose essence. Italian iris and Virginia cedar add elegance, while a touch of pepper provides spice.
