Eau des Merveilles is a classic fragrance launched by Hermès in 2004, inspired by “how to create a dazzling starry sky under the sun.” It is a warm and imaginative woody amber fragrance.
Fragrance Notes: Classic amber woody notes. Top notes are bitter orange, pink pepper, and elemi; middle notes are warm amber wood and ambergris; base notes are grounding cypress, vetiver, and oak. The overall fragrance is layered, warm, and rich. Perfumers: Ralf Schwieger and Nathalie Feisthauer.
Bottle Design: The iconic round “magnifying glass” glass bottle designed by Serge Mansau, adorned with stars and Hermès’ signature saddle studs.
